While coconut beads are naturally resilient, we recommend keeping your bracelet dry. Prolonged exposure to water may affect the natural texture and color of the beads.

Creating your custom-made bracelet takes 2-3 business days, provided you have supplied a valid address. Once ready, it is prepared for priority shipping.

Shipping times vary by location:

• For the USA, it takes 5-7 business days.
• For Europe, it takes 5-10 business days, depending on the country.
• For Asia, it takes 2-4 business days, depending on the country.
• For the Middle East, it takes 2-4 business days.

Returns are completely free. Although our bracelets are handmade items, we want to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. For all Zenithra items, we offer a '30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee' on all bracelets purchased at www.zenithbeads.com. You have 30 calendar days (starting from the day you receive the item) to return the bracelet(s). After 30 calendar days, returns are not possible. The bracelet must be in its original condition with no signs of wear and the tag still attached. We're proud to offer free returns with no restocking fees. Once we receive your return, we'll process your full refund.

Exchanging bracelets is simple and free. You have 30 calendar days (starting from the day you receive the item) to return the bracelet(s) for an exchange. The bracelet must not show any signs of usage, and the tag needs to remain attached. As soon as your package has been delivered to our facility, we will inform you about its arrival and process your exchange at no additional cost.
